If you wish to return an item for reasons other than a defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product and return the item after receiving our instructions.
In this case, return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
・Items that have been used
・Items that have been damaged or scratched after delivery
・Items that have been altered or modified by the customer
・Items returned more than 8 days after delivery

Return shipping cost

If the item is defective or if you received an item different from what you ordered, we will cover the return shipping and the cost of sending a replacement.

For returns due to customer preference, such as a difference in appearance or expectations, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping costs and any associated fees.
