Shipping policy

Shipping costs 

Shipping within Japan is charged at a flat rate of ¥1,000 (excluding tax) for all regions, except certain areas.

Delivery to Hokkaido and Okinawa is charged at ¥2,000 (excluding tax).
For large items (e.g., Mt. FUJI size 80 or 100), a shipping fee of ¥5,000 (excluding tax) will apply.

Shipping Timeline

Orders are typically shipped within approximately 2-3 business days after confirmation.
Also, please note that delivery times may vary in certain areas due to natural disasters or large-scale events. 
(Closed: weekends, public holidays, summer holidays, year-end and New Year holidays)

Morning / 2:00–4:00 PM / 4:00–6:00 PM / 6:00–8:00 PM / 7:00–9:00 PM
If you would like your order to be delivered as soon as possible, please select “No preference.

*Even if a delivery date is specified, it may not be honored depending on payment timing.

 

Damage During Shipping

While we carefully prepare and pack each order to protect the outer packaging, damage may occur during transportation after the shipment is handed over to the carrier.
We kindly ask for your understanding regarding minor dents or scratches to the outer box that do not affect the product’s functionality or quality.

 

Delivery Status 

You can check the delivery status of your order through Yamato Transport’s Package Tracking System.
Please refer to the Tracking Number provided in the email titled “Shipping Confirmation” sent to you after your order has been shipped.
