How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically shipped within 3 business days
(excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is completed. ≪Important Notice≫
During weekends, holidays, or extended holiday periods, shipping may take slightly longer. Once shipped, we will email you the tracking number.
I accidentally placed the wrong order. Can I cancel it?
Orders can be canceled before shipment preparation begins.

Please note that we are unable to accept cancellations after an order has been shipped.
Can I return or exchange the product?
We accept returns and exchanges only for unopened and unused items within 7 days of delivery.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to personal reasons. However, we will cover the return shipping costs for defective items or incorrect shipments.
